TERMS OF SERVICE

You are agreeing to the terms of service below by commissioning me in any form.
Any statements that are discussed with me are bound to change.

► GENERAL TERMS

▪Please write in a clear and pleasant manner, with neat references rather than merely paragraphs of text.
▪Any bad behavior will not be accepted, and if it occurs, your commission will be canceled. If you do not follow the rules, I reserve the right to deny your commission.

► PAYMENT

▪ Please be aware that any complicated design may result in a higher charge.
▪ All commissions can be paid in full upfront or half .
▪ The Currency i accept is $ USD
▪ Any payment are made through paypal .
▪ Once everything is settled and agreed upon, an invoice will be issued to your PayPal address.

► COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

All copyright to my works is mine.
The commissioned piece may be reposted, shared, and used by the commissioner.
▪ You are not permitted to re-edit any of my works.
▪ You are not permitted to resell or profit from my work.
THE COMMISSIONER ARE ALLOWED TO:
Unless we agree to particular circumstances, use the copyrighted artworks exclusively for personal use.
▪ You have ownership of your own character(s), but not the drawing.
▪ Only use my paintings to market oneself if they are completely paid and the artist is given sufficient credit.

THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT :

Commercial reproduction or use of my work UNTIL STATED AND APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONER
▪ claiming responsibility for the development of my works
▪ Getting rid of any watermarks or signatures
▪ Changing the artwork without my permission.

► REFUND

▪ You are not allowed to refund / cancel once you sent the payment
▪ If you paid in full, I will only give you half of what you paid (if the commission is not yet started)
YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO EVERYTHING I HAVE MADE FOR YOU IF YOU FILE A CHARGEBACK AGAINST ME, AND I WILL BE ALLOWED TO SELL THE WORKS TO NEW BUYERS:
▪You are not permitted to commission me again in the future.
▪I have every right to launch a complaint, and I am entitled to the funds you have provided me.
▪Your name will be made public for other artists to be aware of.
